Owners Huvi and Malinda Pardo work
closely with Chef Alberto to prepare the food fresh daily, with most
recipes coming from Huvi’s grandmother “Mimi”. The Pardo family came from
Cuba and strong latin roots remain. No shortcuts are taken with the
recipes, with roasted pork cooked daily, mojo made from scratch and black
bean soup prepared fresh. Creamy homemade flan and shot of cuban coffee
compliments the traditional cuban meal. |
